Before this week.....I only knew he is the best swimmer in the world...maybe in the history

But his story defies the common knowledge of the society..."Anything is possible" if you want it bad enough and work harder than everybody else....12 miles a day for 10 years....with the kind of competitive fire lights inside of him,he even beats ADHD..

下班.. This fits my motto.....Get in ...Get out....Get on with your life

To work over time all the time....doesn't mean that you are working hard....in the opposite way....it means you are incapable of finishing work on time all the time
